i saw sky captain and the world of tomorrow..
now that was a trip. it took me probably a half hour to adapt to the crazy colours, lighting, and computer made graphics. overall, it wasnt bad. seemed to be seriously lacking SOMETHING, but im not quite sure what.

I saw "pi" before Requiem so I do know what you mean, I love that movie.
I just saw "Dark City". I have seen it before, but I love it more and more each time.

Finding Neverland
I never really wanted to see this, but I was cajoled into going to see this with some friends...'twas okay, some parts were a little too cute or relying on the "awww...." factor, but overall it was fine, just could have been better...

An exerpt from PI : 13:26 Restate my assumptions
1) Mathematics is the language of nature.
2) Everything around us can be represented and understood through numbers.
3) If you graph the numbers of any system patterns emerge.
Therefor there are patterns everywhere in nature. What about the the stock market? A universe of numbers that represents the global economy. Millions of human hands at work, billions of minds a vast network screaming with life. An organism, a natural organism. My hypothosis, within the stock market lies a pattern, always has.
