Grabbing sanity by the throat I think of my razor blade lover I quiver from the yearn of the sweet embraces And smile from the memories we had Dancing with the pool of lust And wrapping myself in the soulless grip Sugar plum dreams with daggered cores And candy cane thoughts laced with chloroform Entangle my mind to a fermenting reflection That warps to a colorless puddle in the mirror Yet I shall not bring myself to this desired touch For I can not intertwine danger with yearning I am forbidden from the illegal passions But it is the one emotion I have left It’s the only thing that is real to me The blood red kisses left upon my wrists And hugging claw marks left upon my sides I have no other sense of feeling They all ceased As the friends are slowly devoured by all And I’m left with an empty plate Hungry

I agree. I know my razor very well...I liked your choice of words and imagery. It shows your bitter sweet love of your razor.
Very well written.

i like the title.
you writing style kind of reminds me of the way i write.
my favorite line is: "And candy cane thoughts laced with chloroform "
that is a cool line.
good stuff..

Very emotive. I love the imagery. The meaning behind it is great and expresses what a lot of think and do...
