I’m a Firefox user (currently 35.0.1) on the XP OS. I’ve noticed that since the last site “upgrade” (the word is becoming a joke IMO) I’ve been having a lot of freezing and hang-up issues with this site. I’ve narrowed it down to the Java scripts (probably used for the ads). I can disable running java scripts in Firefox and it runs great if I do but then I can’t see the links to anything posted in “What are you currently listening 2.” Has anyone found a solution that works for both? I started to use IE because of this but that browser just pisses me off too much. I’m not sure it works any better. I’m getting desperate though.

Bastet – What browser do you use?
Gambler – Thanks, I may give it a try. The reviews look good though it doesn’t have bookmark management, I think I can live with that but I’d rather fix Firefox.
Don’t get me started on Adobe. I have a thread here on the subject. Is there any software that needs to be updated as often as adobe products? Don’t get me wrong, I have the Photoshop CS4 suit, but I swear I’ve had pets that didn’t need so much maintenance. LOL
CS4 - to be honest I use Gimp now.

Hmmmm, it’s running great tonight. The “what are you listening 2” page as a bit slow but I’m sure that is my crappy connection. I was getting flash player errors too over the last a couple days. Combined with the script errors I couldn’t even use this PC. I thawed it and restarted it (I have a program called deepfreeze). I went looking for solutions again but I didn’t make any changes so I don’t know WTF is going on. My other PC uses the same version of Firefox and I don’t seem to have any trouble with it. I don’t use it online any more than I have to because I don’t load antivirus, malware, spyware, or any security protection on it. It’s my gaming, graphics, photo, and sound PC. It’s a 64bit quad core that I refuse to slow down with a bunch of crap. You should see my 128 mods version of Skyrim run on it. Bastet – BTW, thanks for your khajiit mod recommendation. Thanks to you I went nuts with mods and always play as a half bread khajiit that runs and sneaks on all fours now. I got into animations (NTFS) and I’ve got people and Khajiit running and walking around using all kinds of different idles, walks, runs, and sneaks.
