*In classical greece the tetrahedron was a symbol for FIRE*
It rushes forth in a gasp for breath that ends in life or death
It represents hunger in its ultimate form
Though the shapes it takes on while it dances are of unknown origin...
Calling forth the warmth within all living things
Paving a path drawn in cinder and smoldering ash...
The smoke can be seen for miles around it trails off in waves of black cloud...
The infinite child crying... screaming for infinite re-birth

It is the also the male tetrahedron of the star tetrahedron, genesis of this reality we experience. The alchemical triangle of fire, the Shin in Hebrew. Creation/destruction. You capture its nature effortlessly.
It represents hunger in its ultimate form
Though the shapes it takes on while it dances are of unknown origin... Volumes could be written about this alone. Unchecked, unbalanced, physical and spiritual fire will consume, growing more insatiable, appetite infinite. This is why the Ain Sof Aur, in wisdom and love, condensed itself, focused into various elements and 'husks', and divided the masculine/feminine principles in order to effect creation.
I have meditating on this very subject a lot lately.
'infinie' in penultimate line = infinite?

This is a great expression of this philosophy I love to ponder and discuss. The Tetrahedron is but one of many manifestations of this. The Phoenix comes to mind but regardless of how we manifest it visually death makes room for life. New sprouts emerge from volcanic ash with more vigor than their predecessors. Our loss lends more meaning to that which we still have or find anew. There is balance in everything. The insatiable and infinite appetite of death and destruction is equal to that of life and growth, no? Male v female, dark v light, etc.. Without one the other doesn’t exist or destroys its self. “The infinite child crying... screaming for infinite re-birth” – This reminds me of a pondering that is closely related. In living too long, believing that there are no new experiences to be found, does not madness set in and run headlong into destruction? Why this reaction if not a deep seeded longing for re-birth? Life seems to demand new experiences while death ends the misery of this unattainable desire. Great write my pondering friend. Keep opening doors and write of what you find. I appreciate it immensely.

"The smoke can be seen ..." - sounds just like about Jerusalem. Last week here were some forest fires (arsons). Veritas, I really like your works! R.Y.

Tongues of flame so rich in knowledge and fervor. It brings purity from pyres releasing the physical into eternity. Wonderful piece.
