Maybe so, but its still an escape. Not that most people could or would want to. Which confirms my point. The longer we live in the world created for us to live in the less hope there is for one to know what true freedom is. We live in a make belive fantasy sinigng to us through our telivison set. Staring at the blindfold we do what has been programed into our head to do from the day we were born. The more we age the more accepting we are of the routine that was created for us to before we were born. Another bolt in the machine reaping destuction upon the planet. So bro, you say f*ck it we cant change it, with that attitude brother we never will. Or you could make every day a battle. Even something as small as burping in some bitches ear while standing in line at the grocery store is rebeling against the standard procedures of our society. Make the world your play pin and do whatever you want.

You have got to start reading philosophy, Existensialism in particular, as crackpot-ish as it sounds you and I are virtually in agree-ance. There is nothing we can do to change the machine for we are the machine, when the cockroach realizes he is a god among many other gods who have no clue he is confronted with two facts one gods are the masters of their own destiny (i.e. can do what ever they want, and two the hoplessness of the situation. Which leaves us squarely where this conversation began, the machine does its thing and we're doin ours, the perfect compliment to real life.

define real... define god. I hardly refer to humans as enlightend. My point is f*ck soicety f*ck people. Im sorry to say we are not the gods of the machine the machine is the god of us. The situation seems hopless so we agree on alot. We are not complimenting life though. Brainwashed puppets posioning our children and our planet is hardly a compliment to life.

yes protons, electons, atoms cannot be seen but experiments show that they exist. An insane person, is it a misperception on his behalf or simply a differnt phase of conciousness percieving the same event?
As far as the whole "we're sick and f*cked up" I'll agree we've (humans) been on this path for... well since first we roamed in packs. And as for this mysterious brainwashing, f*ck we're comunicating via computer thats gotta say somtheing about it, I mean if you want to resort to caveman-ism no one is stoping you, but to say your differnt is absurd. You are aware of this "passive mind control" its true name, but nothing more. Not all of us are enlightend, a very select few are.
To acknowledge godhood we must first redefine "god".
And as for poisoning our children & planet, shit point out a solution other than run and hide. Its so damn easy to point fingers and say oh thats bad/wrong. That was the major downfall of the f*ck'n hippies. Pointng out problems and never seriously solving anything.
I've got f*ck the world tatted on my chest so I can seriously say I view this place with a dismal respect
but the trees are acctually quite lovely...
